Advanced Bid Skills

You're good at writing and have a reasonable win rate but do you really know why a key bid failed? What could you have done to make it better - a sure-fire winner? This one-day course has the answers. 

The one day Advanced Bid Skills Workshop is designed specifically for existing bid teams that need to come together to establish a rationale for improving both bid writing skills levels and bid effectiveness. The course content is based on a loose framework that allows time for development of discussion of issues and the creation of an action plan. The advanced training is part of Bid Perfect's wider bid management training programme.

The content is also designed based on our understanding of the current bids being produced. For this purpose we will require information prior to the course taking place – at least two recent tender responses and materials indicative of the standard collaterals being delivered within the appendices.
 
All delegates are also required to submit questions and discussion topics in advance as well as write a short piece detailing their approach to writing bids and tenders. This information is assessed by the trainer prior to the course delivery and is reflected in the subject matter of the day.
